2KLIVE16 Official Update Patch 4 RELEASED!
Today we release the final patch for the project 2KLIVE16. It has been a long way since its initial release and you have stayed with us in improving and fixing the project it is now in its final form! Thank you!
This includes all the new changes and updates on the RELAUNCH, so this will practically update your 2KLIVE16's version to the final re-launched version. This includes:
-Several "Monggi" CF fixes by Stephen Delos Santos Dy
-Added back "a little" reflection (player & LED) on the floor
-Changed obb folder and obb file name, please manually rename your obb folder and obb file:

2KLIVE16 Official Update Patch 3 RELEASED!
This is it! After almost a month of tinkering and hard work, the 3rd update patch for the NBA 2KLIVE16 is now available for download! And we kid you not, this is the best update ever. And we are just as excited as you are in this patch release.
Here is what's new:
RINGSTAND
We made it possible to have this arena set working all at the same time: ARENA NAME PAINT, MODERN RINGSTAND, AND FIXED ARENA LIGHTS! What's special about it is that this is a first time for all mod users and modders alike to enjoy this experience. (Although to disclose, a little side effect bug shows on the dornas, but it is too little to matter) © antman
COURTS
The signature court of live16 carefully ported to 2klive16, now is much more improved! You'll love it even more. © jbsnvch, antman
TEAM ROSTERS UPDATES

Planned Future Releases
Hi everyone! I, on behalf of the 2KLive team, would like to express our gratitude to the extreme level of response we got on the release of our first project which is the NBA 2KLIVE16! Thank you so much for your support! We are glad you guys liked it.
As a form of our thanks, I'll tell you what we are busy of right now and what are the plans we have for the near future. Today we are currently building the 2nd MAJOR PROJECT we are going to release soon--the NBA2K: LIVE MOBILE.
Yes, you've read that right. Our next bomb will be a combination of EA SPORTS' latest offering to the Android platform and the pre-loved NBA 2K14 we've been playing all these years!
To tell you the basic concept, it will still be run under the NBA 2K14 game as base. Pouring in all new sets of mods and new improvements you have never seen and experienced before in the 2K14 mods history. If you liked what we did at the now widely prominent project NBA 2KLIVE16, we'll proudly tell you: THIS ONE WILL BE BETTER IF NOT A CLOSE MATCH TO ITS PREDECESSOR.
I am not gonna tell you when to expect it, like a bomb we will shock the community once again. So make sure you always check in to new updates on our page, especially this blogsite. This update is exclusive for now at this blogsite, and not yet gonna be on facebook as our special treat to the ones who check updates here. ;)
Along with the bomb, we are considering re-releasing the full package of 2KLIVE16 complete with all the patches and updates for the convenience of anyone who may want it fully blasted on one installation. A separate PATCH 3 will be released too for the ones who already have our game and don't want to download the whole package again.

- Fixed black skins on some players
- Fixed some roster inconsistencies included on the APK
- Fixed headlines for alternate resolution devices (included only in the "UI Patch (for alt reso devices).rar")

- Updated some cyberfaces, next generation version
- Updated the control pads for all devices

NBA 2KLIVE16 RELEASED!
The highly anticipated mod project has been released! You can now enjoy it on your own android device. The project had been pre-released yesterday (June 27, 2016) on our Facebook page, as of this writing, it already had 45K hits and counting.

The user interface of this mod is designed for devices with 16:9 screen ratio (1280x720). For devices that have 16:10 screen ratio (1280x800), install this: UI PATCH for 1280x800 devices
You may find numerous bugs in-game such as inter-changed faces and portraits and some minor UI bugs. We will release PATCH UPDATES every now and then to fix the bugs and to add more incoming features so make sure to stay tuned to our pages.

NBA 2KLIVE16 Features: What Makes This Mod Special
NBA 2KLIVE16 is a modified(modded) version of NBA 2K14 APK featuring a very large collection of mods packed together in a single game cache file (OBB). The intention is to create a new and improved version of the game we loved since 2013, featuring up-to-date team rosters and nothing but the best-looking set of mods ever packed in an android game.
This is a debut project of our team, meaning every mod included inside is authentically created by our members. And believe me, I can proudly say we have the best set of people with topnotch specialized skills in modding. Here is the list of the main mods you will experience at the 2KLIVE16:
PLAYER CYBERFACES. One of the things we pride ourselves of is the effort and talent we have put in the cyberface mods of this game. We also made sure that generic-faced players or what we prefer to call "Monggis" are almost 100% eliminated.
USER INTERFACES. We will release two versions of the OBB file with different UIs. This version sports the NBA LIVE 16--PC/XBOX/PS4 looks, while the other has NBA LIVE MOBILE. Prior to the release of the main project, we have released a 2K16 Android UI for 2K14 users on our facebook page. Please do check it if you are interested in it.
COURTS / ARENAS. All courts are indirectly ported by our court master from actual NBA LIVE 16 graphics, making sure the feels a next-generation game in an android device is attained at a super-satisfactory level.
SHADERS. We had the best coffee brewer in town to mix the shaders used in the 2klive project. Expect nothing less.
TEAM ROSTERS. Updated up to the June 1, 2016--before NBA finals. With a bittersweet twist (will be revealed soon)
TEAM LOGOS. NBA LIVE 16 tip-off team logos, starting five card type.
UNIFORM JERSEYS & SIGNATURE SHOES. All updated.
REPLAY ANIMATION. ESPN on EA (from NBA LIVE 16)
PLAYER SKINS, ACCESSORIES AND TATTOOS. Well categorized and designed player skins and accessories. Superstar players have 100% accurate tattoos.
CROWD. LIVE16 and 2K16 crowd merged together to create the best-looking home court advantage!
COMPLETE IN-GAME PRESENTATION. From Scoreboards and panels to player circles and motion arrows, expect to have the best mod experience inside and outside the game.
AUDIO. The audio mixing implemented in this project emulates real TV broadcast sound volumes, [almost] complete player name calls, improved arithmetics of the commentating, LIVE16 soundtracks and reverbed mix of in-game music.
SEVERAL ORIGINAL MOD CONCEPTS FIRST SEEN FROM THE 2KLIVE PROJECT. Such as news headlines ticker, new UI concepts, etc.

What is NBA 2KLive16?
NBA 2KLive16 is of course, the name of our current project. It is a modified game that uses NBA 2K14 as the base, a game that was developed by 2K China and Visual Concepts and was released in late 2013.
One has always been sitting on the better spot in the race between the two video game developing giants when it comes to NBA games, 2K Sports and EA Sports, and that is the 2K Sports. EA Sports on the other hand always fall short from the competition. The gap between them is always rather big--that was until NBA LIVE16 went out.
I think they overtook their competition by a hair strand in terms of the game's UI (user interface) and the in-game graphic atmosphere.
That is what we aim to do. To make the almost 3-year old android game have the looks and feel of a next-generation console game which is the LIVE16. To give you an impression, this is how the default main menu UI looks of the NBA 2K14:
And this is how or modified main menu UI looks with the theme LIVE16:
